With over 20 years professional experience, consisting of roles from both the Carrier and TPA perspective, Moncello Started his insurance industry career with a national non-standard Auto carrier, then transitioned to an Excess and surplus carrier.  In an effort to expand his knowledge base, he seized the opportunity to move to an Insurance carrier owned national TPA, then to the Third Party Administrator/ Independent Adjusting Firm segment of the industry, where he has thrived for over a decade.

He holds multiple industry designations as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.  Of his many personal interests he most enjoys coaching youth baseball and softball as well as supporting his Florida State Seminoles.
